Tonight’s dinner is courtesy of Mommy’s Fabulous Finds. We had Cranberry BBQ chicken, basmati rice and roasted cauliflower. Walking into the house at around 1 pm, the house smelled pretty incredible.
This is what it looked like:
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breast
- ¼ cup dried minced onion (I used onion powder)
- 1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce (I used the kind without berries in)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (I used Kraft Honey BBQ)
As is usual with most of these recipes, dump all of it into the crockpot. Cook on low 6-7 hours (5 would have been fine in my crockpot) or high 3-4.
I would probably cook it on high for 3 hours next time – the chicken dried out a bit.
